How Nadara Built an Intelligence Hub and Cut Portfolio Onboarding to 2.5 Days

With over 4 GW of operational capacity and more than 200 renewable sites across Europe and the US, Nadara is one of Europe's leading renewable energy producers. To turn fragmented asset data into a strategic advantage, Nadara partnered with Enlitia to build a shared Intelligence Hub - one AI-driven environment for wind and solar performance, forecasting and decision-making.

Challenge

Nadara emerged from mergers and acquisitions that brought together multiple companies, each with its own systems and ways of managing assets. The result was a fragmented data landscape: hard to scale analytics, hard to compare sites, and slow to onboard new portfolios.

The goal was clear - centralise data, reduce imbalance costs, and give asset managers tools that support faster, data-driven decisions instead of static reports and manual processes.

What we built

Together, Nadara and Enlitia centralised data from across assets and systems - weather forecasts, SCADA, equipment health and real-time performance metrics - into one analytics environment. On top of that data layer, an algorithm ecosystem unlocks operational value, including:

Advanced Power Forecast - probabilistic forecasts combining SCADA with multiple forecast providers to reduce deviations
Data Quality Model - validates measurements at every timestamp and fills gaps so KPIs stay trustworthy
Underperformance & Curtailment Detection - flags energy-output deviations for faster corrective action
Component Failure Detection - risk signals from expected vs real temperature evolution
Event Losses & Operational KPIs - tracks losses during events and surfaces downtime and efficiency metrics

Impact across the organisation
